My fave product but this time I received it faulty

This is my absolute favorite hair product but when I opened it to use it a whole bunch of water poured out which left the product a bit empty. Never had that before. I took it from the box that it was delivered in and found it like that when I opened it. Besides that fact PUREOLOGY range - especially the blonde range - are amazing.
